- Accelerator upfront fee: 0.5% equity
- Success fee: 15% in equity, ie. when investor apes 10% of founder's equity, Saprolings receives 1.5% of equity by the founder

SAFE with token warrant/token side letter
- Upfront fee: 0.15% of token fully diluted valuation of the round (FDV) no vest OR 15,000 USDC
- Success fee: 5% of funds raised in invested currency
